How do I get rid of cellulite and loose skin?
I’ve just lost about 50lbs and my weight is now considered normal yet I still have quite a bit of stout around my butt and hips including cellulite. Also, my skin is a small loose in some seats. I drink plenty of water and I’ve just started exercising. I was just wondering what types of exercises would improve my condition. Now, I alternate between the treadmill, elliptical, and stair thingy. Does anyone else have this problem? Please help!

i’ve been dieting and i loss a few beat and my skin is getting kinda loose and i have really terrible cellulite on my thigh that does no seem to go away with working out. i need help finding a cream for persons problem that is going to work, cause i try a few but there where no results.

If you are, it’s probable that you need to change your routine. Try the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) method of cardio. There are workouts available on the internet.
I started getting cellulite about a year ago. I’m not over weight and looked it up and found out it’s not from eating the incorrect thing or weight gain it’s really from dehydrated skin and veins. i couldn’t find a way to get rid of it without expensive creams and lotions does anyone know a natural way of getting rid of it with out medications and creams? Please help i’m commencement to get very self-concious about it!
Drink plenty of water approx 2 Litres/day and exercise.
