Your Questions About Extreme Cellulite Problem
why have i got cellulite at the age of 19!?
i am 19 years old and have small patches of cellulite on my thighs and bum. I know the causs of this problem poor diet etc etc…. but he joke of it is…..i exercise 5 times a week…playing netball for a high level and spend 1hour a time at the gym doing toning exercises for my lower body as that is where i tend to carry weight. i am a size 8/10 and am olive skinned.
has rest and stress got close links with the problem? i do keep late nihts especially at the weekend and i have a highly stressful job at times. does any one have the same issue?
creams any good or am i just either going to have to live with it..never eat chocolate again or get plastic all rather extreme maybe just more sleep and water.
All women get it, it doesnt matter how old or fit you are.
Though having a active lifestyle, healthy eating and flushing your system out by drinking lots of water really helps reduce it.
Also buy a body brush and dry brush the area every night before your shower, this stimulates your cells and helps with draining of toxins that build up in your skin. Then rub in a thick body lotion like palmers cocoa butter.
Keep on with the leg toning exercise, but also make sure your doing alot of cardio, like swimming, jogging, cycling.
I’m 22 and I have cellulite! Is this abnormal?
I’m 22 years old, 6’2 and pretty slim (160lbs)
I have cellulite on the back of my legs and I was wondering if this is “normal” or not and if anyone else has this. It really bothers me. It’s not extreme or anything but it’s still there and I can see it. When I squeeze my thigh together with my hands, I can see a lot more cellulite. I have a pretty healthy diet and i exercise but I still see my thighs jiggle and I feel like my legs are “flabby”
Anyone else have this problem or is it just me?
I have that, too. (And I’m 17 yrs, 5’1 and 130lbs.) What I do, is, starting 3 days before i need to be in a bathing suit or whatever, stop eating processed foods and cheese, and get a lot of lettuce in my diet. That helps reduce it a lot for me. (As a quick fix.) And I walk a couple of miles every day. It doesn’t help with cellulite, but it helps tone.
And, by the way, I’m a vegetarian and it’s hilly where I live, so you may want to adjust my tips to your lifestyle. Hope that helps. 🙂
